It will be best if you ask your friends or family to be there with you so that the recovery is also smooth.

    In some cases, the women feel the chest area is tight and feels heavy. The surgeon will prescribe you some pain medications which you have to take for a few days so that you will feel comfortable. Many women feel that they need over-the-counter medications for pain relief. It would be best if you buy them before going home so that if you need them you do not face any problem.

     

    • Take proper care and rest

     

    No doubt getting rest and proper sleep after the surgery is a must. It might sound difficult for some people but neglecting small things can affect the results of the surgery. Make sure you have a room in which you can sleep without any disturbance. For having a comfortable angle you can also keep plenty of pillows. If you feel bore you should read books or magazines. For regaining the strength you should start walking slowly. Just keep in mind that your body needs time to heal so do not put any pressure.

     

    • Eat light and healthy food

     

    You should buy the necessary food item before going for the surgery. In case, you have not done that you should ask your family member or friend to buy you the required food products. It is also essential that you drink plenty of water to keep your body dehydrated. Make sure, you are following the doctor’s suggestion as well as the prescription.
